Terms of Service
1. Service Description
WorkdayCalc is a service that helps construction and daily workers manage workday records, work schedules, and job information sharing.
Key features include:
- Daily workday input and statistics
- Work record management by site
- Job listing board
- 1:1 chat
- Cloud-based data sync and backup
2. Account Registration
Users can create an account via email verification or Google/Apple social login.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain account security
- Be responsible for all activities conducted through their account
3. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time through the in-app menu:
Side Menu > Delete Account
Upon account deletion:
- All personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted
- Posts and chat messages created by the user will be deleted
- Uploaded profile images will be removed from storage
- Work records and workday data will be deleted
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Impersonate others
- Post false or misleading information
- Interfere with service operations
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Infringe on the rights of other users
- Post abusive, hateful, or spam content
5. Service Availability
The company may temporarily suspend or modify the service for reasons including system maintenance, technical failures, or security issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user input, disputes between users, device issues, or service interruptions due to third-party infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the service, including software, design, and related content, belong to the company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address, nickname, profile photo
- Unique user identifier (UID)
- Authentication provider information (Google, Apple, Email)
Passwords are securely encrypted and managed through Firebase Authentication. The company does not store or access plain-text passwords.
Service Data
- Daily workday records and work schedules
- Site information
- Posts, comments, and 1:1 chat messages
Automatically Collected Information
- Device identifier (FCM token, for push notifications)
- Device model and OS version
- App error logs and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
2. How We Use Information
- User authentication and account management
- Providing workday calculation and schedule management services
- Providing job board and 1:1 chat services
- Sending push notifications (new messages, announcements, etc.)
- App error analysis and service quality improvement
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data is retained while the user account is active. All data is permanently deleted upon account deletion.
